During your free phone consultation, we'll review your situation, confirm eligibility, and explain any cost associated with your evaluation.
We accept referrals from immigration attorneys, legal aid organizations, and community partners, and we also work directly with individuals who do not yet have legal representation.

The majority of licensed mental health professionals can conduct these evaluations. However, naturalization waivers (N-648) can only be filled out by a medical doctor or a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in the United States.
Reports are typically completed within 2–3 weeks following the evaluation. Expedited report preparation is available upon request and can typically be completed within one week.
